🚨 Temporary Notice

Effective May 20, 2025, we will officially begin using UPS and Purolator to ensure the smooth dispatch of all orders. Please note that weekend orders placed prior to this date may also be shipped via UPS or Purolator.

📦 Free Shipping Thresholds

• Canada: Free shipping on orders over $79 CAD (pre-tax)

• USA: Free shipping on orders over $159 CAD (UPS only)

• International Orders: Shipped via UPS or DHL.
  Please contact us before ordering.
  International deliveries may be subject to local customs duties and import regulations.
  Customers are responsible for customs clearance and any related fees.

🚚 Free Local Delivery Thresholds (Before Tax)

• GTA Area: Free same-day delivery on orders over $59 CAD (placed before 4 PM on business days)

• Montreal Area: Free next-day delivery on orders over $79 CAD (placed before 11:30 AM on business days)

• Quebec City Area: Free next-day delivery on orders over $89 CAD (placed before 11:30 AM on business days)

📍 Same-Day Delivery Areas & Cut-Off Times

GTA Orders (7 Days a Week)

Eligible areas: Newmarket, Aurora, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Markham, Toronto (all districts), Mississauga, Oakville

• Place orders before 4 PM

• Courier picks up at 4 PM

• Delivered by 11 PM the same day
  📝 Tip: Order in the morning, receive in the evening!
  ⚠️ Avoid using office addresses due to evening delivery.

Pickering / Ajax

• Order before 4 PM (Mon–Sun) for same-day delivery

• Orders after 4 PM → delivered next day

Hamilton / Burlington

• Tue/Thu/Sun: Order before 4 PM for same-day delivery

• Other weekdays: Order before 11:30 AM for same-day dispatch
  🕒 Cut-off times vary by courier

Kitchener / Guelph / Waterloo

• Wed/Sat: Order before 4 PM for same-day delivery

• Other weekdays: Order before 11:30 AM for same-day dispatch

Brampton

• Mon/Fri: Order before 4 PM for same-day delivery

• Other weekdays: Cut-off is 11:30 AM

Montreal/Quebec City Orders

• Order before 11:30 AM (Mon–Fri)

• Courier pickup at 12 PM

• Sent to local Montreal hub and delivered next day
  🗓 Note: Friday orders deliver Monday (no weekend operations)

📌 Local Delivery Reminders

1. Avoid office addresses. Delivery is typically 6 PM – 11:30 PM

2. Always include unit number for condo/apartment addresses

3. Incomplete address or missed call = delivery failure

4. Delays possible during weather, holiday, or peak seasons

5. No cash on delivery / in-store pickup

6. Couriers do not carry packages upstairs

7. If you require accessibility assistance, leave a note

8. Not home? Request delivery to concierge/mailbox

9. Requesting next-day reschedule after arranged delivery → extra charge applies

🔄 Order Processing & Tracking

• Orders processed within 3–5 business days

• You will receive a tracking email or SMS once shipped

• Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update
  

📫 Address & Delivery Disclaimers

• Providing a correct address is the buyer’s responsibility

• Contact us immediately at service@cvdtech.ca for address corrections before dispatch

• After dispatch, changes must be made through the courier

• DEUNOW is not liable for delays, lost, or stolen parcels after handoff

🚫 Lost / Stolen / Returned Packages

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it → contact the courier first, then reach out to us

• Condo deliveries may go to reception/mailroom

• Missing unit numbers = failed delivery or return

• Customer is responsible for return shipping on eligible returns (see our Refund Policy)

Montreal Service Area:
Postal codes beginning with H1–H9 and selected J4–J7 prefixes

Quebec City Service Area:
Postal codes beginning with G1–G2, G6, G8–G9 (specifically: G1G, G1H, G1J, G1K, G1L, G1M, G1N, G1P, G1R, G1S, G1T, G1V, G1W, G1X, G2B, G2C, G2K, G6W, G8T, G8Y, G8Z, G9A)
